The Leighton Hall Fair has been held in the home of the Gillow family since 1988. The Gillows were the part of Waring and Gillow "The famous furniture makers". The fair is held in the downstairs rooms, amongst the furniture, paintings and memorabilia of the family who still live there. Whilst purchasing your miniatures you can browse around the house at your leisure, or take a break and walk in the gardens and woodlands. This is a unique fair not to be missed by the miniaturist or anyone interested in the history of furniture, famous local families and houses.
Refreshments are homemade by Suzie and her helpers. There is ample free car parking. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the building, this fair is unsuitable for prams or wheelchairs.
